3 Day Notice of Cancellation - No Charge
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel your scheduled service, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur no cancellation fee. This allows us to adjust our schedules and ensure that our services remain available to all of our valued clients.
Cancellation After 72-Hours - 50% Charge
Any Cancellations made after the 72-hour window will however incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. This policy helps us manage our resources effectively and maintain our commitment to all our clients.
Same Day Cancellation - Full Service Charge
Same-day cancellations will incur the full service price. At Elite Pro Services LLC, we prioritize timely and efficient services. This policy ensures that we can manage our resources effectively and maintain our commitment to all our clients.

​We guarantee your satisfaction with every cleaning. At the end of each service, we conduct a final walk-through with you, or if you are not present, we encourage you to inspect the work at your convenience.

If any area does not meet your expectations, notify us within 24 hours. We will immediately address and complete any missed areas, either on the spot or by sending a cleaner back at no additional cost.

Our job is NOT complete until you are 100% satisfied with the results.
Refund Policy
We do not issue any refunds. All service sales are final, from the time of purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will return to resolve any issues as described above, but no monetary refunds will be provided.
